Limited Warranty

Warranty Coverage

Zynix warrants each product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty remains in effect for the period specified for each product, beginning from the original date of purchase.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not apply to damage resulting from:

  • Misuse or abuse of the product
  • Accidental damage or impact
  • Unauthorized alterations or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear from daily use
  • Improper maintenance or failure to follow provided instructions

How to Make a Claim

If you encounter a defect, please email us at info@zynix.ca with the following:

  • Order Number in the subject line
  • Description of the issue 
  • Photos or video showing the defect

Upon review, we may ask you to ship the product to our inspection center for further evaluation:

Remedy

If a valid claim is received within the warranty period, Zynix will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair: Fix the defect at no cost using new or refurbished parts
  • Replace: Exchange the product for a new or refurbished unit of equivalent value
  • Refund: Provide a full or partial refund of the
    original purchase price. 

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the defective product to our inspection center. Zynix recommends using a trackable and insured
