Return & Refund Policy

The following terms are applicable to any products that you purchased from our website.

We have a 30-day return and try-risk-free policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Conditions for Returns

For the items to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The items were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The items are in the original packaging
  • The items are unworn or unused with tags
  • You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase
  • The following items cannot be returned:
    • The supply of items is made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
    • The supply of items which are, after delivery, are, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if the item or the package is damaged.

30 Days Try Risk-Free

For the items to be eligible for a return using the try-risk-free policy, please make sure that:

  • The items follow the same conditions as the conditions for returns stated above
  • The item is free from any damage, such as but not limited to scratches, installation errors, or missing pieces.
  • The item must be returned with its original packaging in good condition.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse the return if the conditions are not respected. 

You are responsible for the return shipment as stated in the return process below.

Returning Items

To start a return, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Therefore, we recommend an insured parcel service.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items to us. Return package should be sent to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of receipt of the return delivery.

You can also choose to return the item to our sales location with the receipt. Please inform us beforehand.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
