Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that our shipping team is offline from Friday at 12:00 PM EST through Sunday, and on all statutory holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer. If we anticipate a significant delay in your shipment, we will notify you immediately via email or telephone. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout to ensure you receive the most accurate rates possible. Our system evaluates several factors, including:
- Destination: The specific shipping address provided.
- Package Profile: The total weight and physical dimensions of your order.
- Service Level: Your chosen shipping method (e.g., Standard or Express).
As you proceed through checkout, our real-time integration tools automatically retrieve and display the most precise shipping costs from our carriers.
Free Shipping
Free Shipping Eligibility: We are pleased to offer free shipping on qualifying orders that meet our minimum spend requirements and are destined for eligible regions within Canada. For orders that do not meet the free shipping, delivery costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on real-time carrier rates.
Remote & Rural Delivery Areas: Certain delivery locations within our service area may be classified as remote, rural, or extended service areas by our shipping carriers. The locations may incur significantly higher shipping costs due to distance, limited carrier access, or additional handling requirements. While free shipping may appear available at checkout for qualifying orders, zynix.ca reserves the right to review orders shipping to remote or rural postal codes prior to fulfillment.
In such cases, our team may:
- Contact the customer to confirm an additional shipping charge, or
- Offer the option to cancel the order for a full refund if the customer does not wish to proceed.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to activate and show updates on the carrier's website.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
All orders placed on zynix.ca are subject to applicable Canadian provincial and federal sales taxes (GST/HST/PST) based on the shipping destination. These taxes are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. As we currently ship exclusively within Canada, no additional customs or import tariffs will apply to your order.
Damages
While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, we understand that damage can occur during transit. Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your item is damaged, contact us at info@zynix.ca within 24 hours of delivery. To process your claim quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of both the damaged product and the exterior packaging. Please, save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Currently, we exclusively ship to addresses within Canada. We do not offer international shipping or delivery to freight forwarders. If you are located outside of Canada, please join our mailing list to be notified if we expand our shipping zones in the future.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
At zynix.ca, we verify all shipping addresses at checkout to ensure successful delivery. If an address cannot be validated, our team will attempt to contact you for an update. If we do not receive a response, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full. Please note that zynix.ca is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer if the package cannot be recovered.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please get in touch with us immediately so we can help.
- Check the surrounding area: Sometimes carriers leave packages in hidden spots, with neighbours, or in shared mail lockers.
- Contact Us: If you still can't locate it, please email us at info@zynix.ca within 24 hours of the reported delivery time.
Please be aware that if the package is confirmed as lost or stolen after the carrier's investigation, we may be required to involve local law enforcement. A replacement or refund may be issued once the investigation is complete, which may take up to 21 days.
